Arabosa Jewellery offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $150.00.

For all orders under $150.00, a flat fee of $14.75 is applied for your order to be sent via Express Post within Australia.

We understand the excitement and joy of purchasing something new and we will try our best to have your items dispatched within 24 hours (except for weekends and public holidays).

Please be patient during sales and peak periods. We will endeavour to get your orders out promptly but there may be slight delays.

Orders are shipped with Australia Post and should arrive 1-3 business days from dispatch. This time is an estimate-only and on occasions, deliveries can be delayed beyond Arabosa Jewellery’s control. The link below from Australia Post estimates delivery times (rural areas will not be covered by the next day guarantee). Your item will leave from postcode 6959 in Fremantle, WA.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post. Please be aware that Arabosa Jewellery has no control over your order once it has left our premises. Should you have any concerns with times frames, items being left etc, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

Things to think about:

• Please Note: Once your order has left the premises, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents in the order.

• If your item is being sent to a work address, please provide a company name.

• If you provide the incorrect shipping address, you are liable for the reshipping expenses.

• Arabosa Jewellery is not liable for stolen or missing parcels due to the actions of customers or delivery services.

• We strongly recommend posting items to an address, where someone will be present to receive the item.

• If your order is ‘returned to sender ‘ for any reason, the cost for resending it will be at your expense.

Arabosa Jewellery is currently posting to New Zealand, via using DHL eCommerce  & International Economy Air (approx. 10+ business days between major metro areas)

A Flat Postage fee will be applied at checkout for standard postage:

Postage times are a guide and are out of Arabosa Jewellery’s control once orders have left our premises. Auspost is still experiencing delays with International and Domestic shipping, and we suggest checking these updates before ordering.

Customs & Taxes

We strongly advise that you contact your local customs office for information regarding possible duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order.

Arabosa Jewellery is not responsible for any additional Foreign Taxes and Custom duties that may be applied in the recipient’s country. 

Please ensure that you have filled out the correct details in your shipping details and familiarise yourself with the ‘Things to think about’ list above to enable a smooth delivery process.

International customers are responsible for customs/import taxes and any additional charges within their own country.

Once shipped delivery can take anywhere between 1-6 weeks.

** Please keep in mind that extended COVID-19 restrictions are impacting some of Australia Post’s delivery operations, including air freight.
