Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Thanks so much for shopping with us, we want you to love your purchase so if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

NB: Please choose carefully.

We DO NOT offer change of mind refunds.

We DO NOT accept returns on sale items.

We DO NOT offer an exchange on any jewellery pieces.

Due to health regulations, earrings cannot be returned. All sales are final on these pieces.

We DO NOT cover postage for return items. This will be at your own expense.

We are NOT liable for lost, damaged or missing items on their return back to Arabosa Jewellery. We strongly advise on trackable shipping.

Refunds.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Please see photos and read item descriptions carefully for details on sizing and specifications.

Return shipping is your responsibility and at your own expense. The only exception to this is when an item has been approved as faulty and we will cover the cost of postage for that item.

Please DO NOT send your parcel back as ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ as you will also be charged with additional shipping expenses.

We offer free return shipping when we post back your exchanged products to your chosen address.

If, however you have decided to return an item and it is not faulty, you will not be credited any shipping amounts paid and will be required to pay for return shipping.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you decide to return any items, they must be packaged exactly how they arrived, wrapped and unworn to qualify for an exchange or refund. It must be sent back correctly packaged, just like when it arrived to you, packaged securely inside the gift box. If the item is damaged during transit because it was not packaged correctly, your refund will be rejected.

What Happens Next.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your credit note / exchange.

Please allow 2 business days for your credit note to be processed.

You will receive a specialised code for a credit note which will be valid for 6 months.

Your credit will be for the value of your purchase, not for any shipping that has been paid.

We are here to help resolve any issues or answer any questions. Please contact us if you are unsure. Your return may still be eligible in certain circumstances, even if it goes against the policy. We understand each individual circumstance is unique and serving you is our priority.

Please Keep in Mind.

We reserve the right to refuse a store credit if the items do not meet the above checklist. In the case items have been refused a store credit, they will be held at our office until return postage is paid for by yourself, following that the items can be returned to you.

Warranty.

We offer a 21-day warranty on all our necklaces, bracelets, and anklets for any manufacturing faults. Please contact us within 21-day of receiving your order if you feel your product is faulty. If your ring has been taken to a jeweller to be altered in any way, your warranty will become void. We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.
